Welcome to our Sterlington Elementary Library page. We are so excitied to see our students back at school! The “Library Resources” tab on our SES home page will be a good place to visit to find out information that has to do with the library. Take a look below:

1. AR Log-in- Login to your AR account to take a quiz or check your goals. (only available at school or for virtual program)

2.  AR Book Finder- Look up book levels, quiz numbers, and points for AR testable books (not just SES library books). Also, for the younger students, this is where you can see if a book has “recorded voice” (RV) quizzes Which means the quiz is read aloud and students can use headphones.

3.  AR Home Connect- This is a site to check your AR goals and progress from home. Enter this site the same way you enter AR at school.

4.  Book Request Form- Request a book that we do not have in the library. 

5.  Gale Data Bases- This is a wonderful site for students to learn about animals, plants, music, science, and more.

6.  SES Online Library Catalog- This is a link to our SES catalog. Click here to search and find books in our library.

7. SES Scholastic Online Book Fair- Check this page out when we are in the process of having a book fair at our school. You will be notified with information when we have one.

8.  World Book Encyclopedia Online- Features the entire World Book Encyclopedia, a dictionary, videos, eBooks, maps, and much more!

9.  United Streaming- This is a wonderful resource that teachers use in the classroom. It features educational videos, virtual fieldtrips, animated story books, etc.
